About attention & focus tests
Attention tests measure how well you focus, filter out distraction, and control impulses. They include the classic Stroop and Flanker interference tasks, the Go/No-Go inhibition test, and the psychomotor vigilance task used in sleep and fatigue research. Together they map sustained attention, selective attention, and response inhibition.

Psychomotor Vigilance Test (PVT)
The Psychomotor Vigilance Task (PVT) is the standard laboratory measure of sustained attention and alertness, widely used in sleep and fatigue research.
Take the test →Go / No-Go Test
The Go/No-Go task measures response inhibition — your ability to stop an automatic response.
Take the test →Stroop Test
The Stroop test is the most famous measure of cognitive inhibition.
Take the test →Flanker Test (Eriksen)
The Eriksen Flanker task measures selective attention and your ability to ignore distraction.
